The average sale price across all property types settled at $590,775, notably lower than the average list price of $694,030. Homes that did sell during this period took an average of 73 days on market, showing that while buyers are active, pricing sensitivity remains high.

Breaking down by property type, single-family homes carried the highest price tags, with an average list price of $790,338 compared to an average sale price of $675,616. Townhouses followed a similar trend, averaging $625,639 on list and closing at $547,087. Apartments were the most affordable category, with sale prices averaging $340,572 against list prices of $401,503.
