I would like to recommend Parker Bennett. In the Summer of 2015, I decided to sell my home. First, privately… thinking with patience and work, I could sell my home and save some commission. I had a great home, with a ton of renos and a very desired location. The home was also on a very desired street. I thought this would be a simple process. After an overwhelming response and more than 30+ showings myself, I was exhausted – and without a reasonable offer. I also had a ridiculous offer from another realtor who thought they could take advantage of me. In addition, about ¾ of the people who came were ‘looky-loos’, which was a waste of time and very frustrating. At the end of the day, I needed to make a certain amount in the bank to be able to buy another home. After a month I had my For Sale by Owner house listed and many showings – I knew the price I had it listed at – was right on par. Both research in the field, having people and realtors walk through, and my own research on comparables. Parker walked into the situation, and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. (He had also done this successfully with another home in the same area shortly prior coming to me.) He guaranteed that I would receive the amount I needed. The other factor that sold me on using Parker, was the fact that he owned a House Inspection company for 10 years. After a walk through of the home – he knew if their would be any apparent major issues, without me having to spend yet another $600 or $700 on a separate home inspector. He sold my house in 4 days! He had a record-setting number at the first open house! AND I got exactly what I wanted, with him making full commission! His customer service; client liaison; explanation of all processes; and constant communication with me – I feel Parker excelled on all levels. I highly recommend Parker Bennett to sell your home. He made what could have been a very stressful experience – into one of ease.

I write this testimonial to share the experience that my husband Warren and I had selling our house with Parker Bennett. I have used a number of realtors but none tha I would recommend as highly as Parker. I was certain that I was going to sell my home myself and convinced my husband I could take on this task as well. I thought I would list my home at $ 429,000. It was a price I did not think I could get but it was a starting point. I had no luck. I had lots of “lookie loos”, but no serious buyers at all. Working full time and always running for my teens I quickly realized that this was going to be harder than I thought. We had lots of realtors come and try to get us to list, but none like Parker. Parker is a hard working no pressure kind of guy. He went above and beyond to sell my house and then to secure a new home for me. Parker thought we should list our home for 434,000. I could not believe it. This price was much more than we had ever hoped for and I thought we would quickly have to reduce this asking price. This was not the case at all. Parker hustled our home, had a number of open houses and had our house sold in 13 days. He amazed many of his counterparts who did not think the house would sell for the asking price. Many homes around me have since gone up for sale when they heard the price that we got. ( full price $434,000 )Their only mistake is that not choosing Parker Bennet as their realtor. If I ever had to sell again, or needed to recommend a realtor, I would without questions choose Parker.
