The Kamloops real estate market from May 23 to June 6 continued to show signs of steady activity, with 345 new listings and 117 properties sold. The average sale price across all property types came in at $548,347.84, significantly lower than the average list price of $773,133.48โ€”highlighting ongoing negotiations and price flexibility. Properties are spending an average of 56 days on the market, indicating a moderately paced selling environment.

A closer look at property types reveals a broad range in pricing. Single Family Homes were listed at an average of $842,875.55, with final sale prices averaging $702,684.62. Townhouses had a smaller gap, selling for $576,081.82 against an average list price of $587,413.76.
