Following February 2025, the Kamloops housing market showed strong growth in several key areas. Aberdeen saw a 50% rise in single-family home sales, reaching a benchmark price of $854,000.

Brocklehurst experienced a surge of 200% in home sales, alongside a 4.2% price increase.

South Kamloops saw a 25% jump in apartment sales, while single-family homes rose 50% to $674,800.

Sun Peaks remained steady in townhouse sales, but apartment sales skyrocketed by 400%, highlighting a growing demand for multi-unit housing options. Overall, these trends reflect a dynamic and active real estate market in Kamloops.
